MakeCode file picker Choose file does not respond

Describe the bug
When trying to import a file into Makecode in the web view, the choose file button does not respond

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour. e.g.:

1. Go to Create code
2. Click on "import" in MakeCode
3. Click on "choose file"
4. See issue

Expected behavior

Should be able to load a hex file from the files location on the device this way
