Wetmore et al. mBio. 2015 May-Jun; 6(3): e00306-15. TnSeq was used to identify mutants with reduced fitness in a library of transposon insertions mutants made with random barcoded versions of Tn5. Authors called this method RB-TnSeq.

Possibilities:

Escherichia coli K-12 BW25113 gene name::Tn5(RB-TnSeq)

Escherichia coli K-12 BW25113 gene name::RB-Tn5

Escherichia coli K-12 BW25113 gene name::RB-Tn5(TnSeq)
