Hi,

The defaultsEventToTrack contains 'loaded', but the underlying beacon is sent if eventsToTrack contains 'loadedmetadata', in the loaded function. So by default, no loadedmetadata beacon is sent to GA.

Could you rename loaded into loadedmetadata in defaultsEventToTrack?
