IMPORTANT NOTE
- Do NOT work from the Master branch. If you are starting a new branch, checkout the master, then create your own branch off of master
Steps!
- Go to VCS in Android Studio
- checkout from version control -> git
- https://github.com/michael-mckenna/Aviato-android.git in git repository URL -> clone
- Go to the bottom right of the screen and it sould say something like Git: master and click it
- Under remote repository click master then "checkout as new branch"
- Label your branch with your initials and the issue you are working on, e.g. mm-navigation_drawer
