requires miaowware/ctyparser#16

on the dxcc output, add the regional "entity" from the regional cty object in addition to the dxcc entity when possible. maybe something like:

DXCC Info for W2
W2: United States (NY-NJ)
CQ Zone: 5
ITU Zone: 8
Continent: NA
Time Zone: UTC-5.0

use regional zone data over entity zone data?
