Its give me proxy error

Hi there
I use pythonanywhere server and it give me this error

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='reback.ml', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /chat?message=Hi+there (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')

Any solve to the problem that i faced ?

Thank for report, Your site using a proxy Not real host Or VPS, and The "chat" feature are offline right now I'll update it soon.

Thanks for response , do you mean that your features work only in vps not in proxy and do you have any way to make it success
