When I hit the stop button, my mouse cursor can't move between the two monitors anymore, it can only move in one monitor. I can't uninstall the software either. How can I go back to the mode that comes with Windows?

I can't see any reason why it would behave like that. Check if LittleBigMouse.Hook.exe process is still running, if yes kill it. Check monitors disposition within windows display configuration. In LittleBigMouse un-check load at startup and reboot your pc.
