Currently, when a type is defined in a reused (included/imported) XSD, XML namespace is used as a URL base, which is incorrect, as the XML namespace has nothing to do with the actual location of the XML documentation.
i.e. http://dia.gov.cz/ns/spolecne-casti-elektronickych-dokumentu/osoby#osoba in

in doc generated from this spec.
