Names and descriptions of XML elements in XML docs need to be cleared up

Currently, it looks like this:

However, these texts are intended to be used in the (unstructured) xs:annotation in the XSD, not in the doucmentation, where we need the name and description itself. "Význam" is already there as interpretation (which should be named "Význam", as "Interpretation" is an internal technical term).
