Describe the bug
In the window of 'Present Auction', the value of the 'Auction Start' field is incorrect.

To Reproduce

Go to 'Present Auction'.
locate to the history of the present auction.

Actual result:
The value of 'Auction Start' is always '01/19 06:26'.

Expected result:
The value of 'Auction Start' should depend on the time when the ‘auction bid’ is successfully created.
