base, pi, mu and unsupervised models all need to access sets of .tif data but no .tif data is provided in the repository.

Example:
When running "python3 inference.py ../../GS/gs_imgs base"
[ WARN:[email protected]] global /io/opencv/modules/imgcodecs/src/loadsave.cpp (239) findDecoder imread_('../../GS/gs_imgs/2018-05-30_10h58m48s.C16H34O9.pNa.tif'): can't open/read file: check file path/integrity

The data provided in GS/gs_imgs1 and GS/gs_imgs2 can only be unpacked into npy files.
