Repository Rename and Readme Header Adjustment

For better consistency and understanding, I propose changing the header from 'Metarhia Example Server for Node.js' to 'Metarchia Application Example'.

If possible, please consider renaming the repository to Application-example.

I'm also attempting to comprehend the connection between this example and the others. You can find them here: https://github.com/Metaserverless/App1. Perhaps we could use this metarhia/Example on Metaserverless AppMain?

• I'am ok with changing repo title in readme to "Metarhia application example for Node.js" but not with renaming repo.
• Metaserverless repos AppMain, App1 and App2 are repo group for multitenancy
