Describe the bug

Clicking "++ed by: X PAUSE users Y non-PAUSE users" takes you to the "plussers" page, which only has site-wide navigation, losing the context of the thing I was just looking at.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://metacpan.org/dist/Form-Tiny/
2. Click on '3 PAUSE users'
3. Notice that the page you're viewing doesn't know anything about Form-Tiny

Expected behavior

The dist UI should still be visible:

... but instead it's missing, and there's no navigation except the browsers back button:
