Alternatively, if you are looking directly at a release that has security issues associated with it, we could have something like what is already in place for "adopt me':

In this example, we picked a chartreuse-ey color to pay homage to PTS 2023 Lyon, but it can be pretty much anything. We don't advise it being too red, nor too green, as the issues themselves, while important, could be a simple edge case that would not concern the developer (who may get scared by red banners).
