[Bug]: The message is impossible to type

Description

When a message is typed in the channel (e.g. Primary), it take a long time for it to appear in the text box. Attaching screenshots from the Chrome profiler, they are showing that it takes about 0.5 seconds to handle a single keystroke, and most of the time spent there to render something.

Thanks for raising this issue, I've added a PR to fix this issue on the Messages page, it should greatly improve the responsiveness of the input box. Should be fixed by PR #383 once its merged
