Hello! After verifications and more precise tests the interval from longitude -0.413453 Deg to longitude +1.413453 Deg is currently unexpolitable and crashes the application.

I did a little investigation and it seems like
N52E000.hgt.gz,
N52E001.hgt.gz,
N52W000.hgt.gz,
N52W001.hgt.gz,
N52W002.hgt.gz,
N52W003.hgt.gz,

are missing from the bucket s3://elevation-tiles-prod/v2/skadi/N52/

They do exist in s3://elevation-tiles-prod/skadi/N52/ but i'm unsure of reasons for using v2.

to further compound the issue, it also appears that if the radius of the simulation cross the meridian it fails

I think it's probably in the python function which computes the names of the required tiles. Thanks for the extra data, I'm working on a solution this week.
