  • Make sure input file has .txt extension
  • Make sure input file formatted properly
  • Possibly allow code to attempt to process files without .txt extension with warning
  • Make sure .txt file is a text file #2
  • Fix names in output
  • Put in custom error messages for when required commands are missing (as opposed to generic ones from ArgParse)
  • Maybe add verbose/quiet option
  • Maybe add strict/permissive option for filtering (e.g. let user force ids in case ID format changes)
