Integrating rectangle-mark-mode/kill-rectangle/delete-rectangle/yank-rectangle/string-rectangle with meow

能否将 meow-kill/meow-change/meow-replace/meow-yank 做的智能一点， 能够根据 rectangle-mark-mode 是否激活 做出不同的行为, 有些像 vim C-v 选中矩形区域后的 c,d,等操作。
我自己通过以下命令实现了，meow 如果原生能支持上 感觉会好用很多。

I think we can have some improvements on meow-change, meow-replace and meow-delete.

For meow-save, meow-kill and meow-yank, they work. You can kill or save the rectangle then paste it with just yank. What's the problem here?
