Internal posts should be toggleable via a button

The button should toggle between "More Sparkles" and "Less Sparkles" and be placed at the top of the update list. This would be a user-persistent value which when clicked, will toggle the display of all the internal posts on and off. This might encourage internal posts to become more... sparkly....

Additionally, internal posts should be given a glittery background. Perhaps a faded out version of something like this:
