Duplicate row not working

The current version of the MCW no longer duplicates the lines "in the browser" with JavaScript but a new line is always pulled from Contao via Ajax. Therefore, the feature is currently not to be implemented.

Neither Stefan nor I have the feature on the work plan - the MCW is in a lot of extensions

The MCW would have to be fundamentally re-coded - perhaps the opportunity will then arise...

Okay thx for your response. It's a shame that no one has taken over it yet. But why was the feature removed in newer versions and exits in the old version of mvc? Some customers ask for the function after an update.

I read the comment. But why the duplicating "in browser" was removed, if the pull over ajax doesn't work?

Because the behaviour of the MCW had to be adapted for every change in Contao - the effort was simply too great.

You can implement the duplication for your current Contao version with your own JS snippet.
