which is the recommended deployment platform? which one is good for frontend? which is good for backend? and what are the steps? for railway, is it to deploy both together?

If you don't need the hybrid search capability and only need web search, you only need to deploy the front-end project, which can be deployed on any platform. Vercel should be the simplest.
