Error while previewing my camera in the stream gallery

Hey,
lately i have this project that i need to connect a camera to the platform Feniks (The camera is Esp32) the URl is correct i think because the picture apeared on the left side but not in the stream gallery it keeps loading and says there is an error ,
the URl is : http://10.0.22.54:81/stream and i think the problem is that the Esp32 not capable of the RTSP protocole ? m not sure but i need some help here i'am out of time too ..

Could you try opening the network stream using VLC media player and share the codec information?

it did wrok on the VLC Player

but on the feniks as i said it looks like this maybe there is a configuration that i need to do it keeps loading ..
but i did not know what should i do ?

Could you please share your codec information, which can be gathered from VLC by navigating to Tools > Codec information?

I faced the same problem while using feniks app, but I'm not using ESP camera, RSTP link rtsp://admin:@192.168.9.89:554/ch0_0.264

Maybe you know the solution?
