Pre-order product feature

I would like to have a feature like pre-order for the product.

For example:

• customer will have ability to pay for the product which isnt released yet on the shop, knowing that they will get the product at certain time, like shop will release it on xy date and it will be shipped on that date to customer who pre-order it
