Events not generated for events like Product Updated etc.

PRODUCT.CREATED IS WORKING BUT PRODUCT.UPDATED IS NOT BEING GENERATED.

Event generation was working before the upgrade to the Upgrade 9.

Steps:

1. Start the backoffice application.
2. Update an existing product from the UI (provided out of the box)
3. Monitor logs for event generation logs.

No event generation logs visible.

Redis is running and connection to it being established correctly by the backoffice application.

I even tried with other events like cart.udpated, cart.created etc. Not working.
