Remove portmapping for elasticsearch and add proxy hint to readme #102

Port 9200 is not needed from outside the docker network, so there is no need to expose it.

In case there is no central proxy configuration for the containers, it might be necessary to set env variables in the init eleasticsearch container. Add a hint to that in the readme
