Does DAPimpleFoam not support ACTP type optimization?

This is part of my code, I don't understand why there is an error? Is it not supported? But I saw

You are right, although the actuator point is supported in DAPimpleFoam, we do not support using the actuator point's parameter as design variables. If you want to use the actuator point to just generate some periodic wakes, it should work in DAPimpleFoam.
