Could you clarify what you want to see? You said the issue is about "Specification"; do you want a link to the HTTP v1.1 spec (which we would probably not do, because that spec is now obsolete), or do you want a comparison in the content about their differences (which I'm not exactly sure what they are)?

Could you please create a comparison for HTTP 1.1 and HTTP 2 for the header ‘Content-Length’, or provide an appropriate note if this is no longer relevant in HTTP 2?
