What type of issue is this?

Incorrect support data (example: BrowserX says "86" but support was added in "40")

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

I am trying to run a localhost 8080 on my machine and keep getting this error code; I have looked at my firewall and thats not the problem

What browsers does this problem apply to, if applicable?

Chromium (Chrome, Edge 79+, Opera, Samsung Internet), Node.js

What did you expect to see?

localhost:8080

Did you test this? If so, how?

yes, im running a git repo on my machine using VS code

Closing because this issue has nothing to do with the browser-compat-data repository.

In addition MDN does not provide general technical support for debugging arbitrary web problems. I suggest you try stack overflow.
