Hi there,
I've tried this on a pristine install of Drupal 8.0.5 with the latest build of md-systems/redirect and I've found that I can't add redirects from the URL Redirects page (/admin/config/search/redirect/add)

I can add redirects from the Fix 401 Pages admin page but not from preemptively.
