Installs the mconf monitor system that reports the machine state do a nagios server

nagios_address: ip of the nagios server receiving the reports
instance_type: wich installation mode should be used ("nagios", "bigbluebutton" or "freeswitch")
interval: that the monitor should report to the nagios server
ncsa_version: ncsa version should be used
