cddlib is now on github

This is not really an "issue"…but I thought you might want to know that cddlib is now on github: https://github.com/cddlib. We are in the process of releasing 0.94j from the current master branch. It would be great if you could have a look and check if you would like to see anything else changed before we put this out officially.

Oh, that's wonderful news! I'll delete this repository to prevent confusion, or worse, fragmentation. I believe I'm carrying one important patch that hadn't been upstreamed, will post it as soon as I find some time.
