Secrets on Migration File

In the current setup we have some secrets in the setup migration file, namely project_url and service_role_key.

Since I'm in the process of setting up my remote Supabase instance, and I'm kinda new to Supabase, I was wondering if this is the appropriate way of doing it. Generally speaking, I'm not comfortable committing any secret, and especially the service_role_key.
