Attempting to make Sedflux in Linux reveals countless warnings; Program no functions as expected. #18

I have used Sedflux for the past several years without issue (it is a fantastic program!) and was attempting to install it on a new Linux operating system. The sequence I was using to compile was identical to the sequence I have used on previous machines to compile Sedflux, and all code was directly cloned from GitHub; however, upon attempting to make and install Sedflux, dozens of warnings were flagged during compilation in terminal, many of them being related to deprecated functions. These render Sedflux inoperable (at least on my Linux operating system), even though I am able to successfully compile, install, and run Sedflux on my machine.

Running the new installation of Sedflux results in no sediment being deposited in the basin. All of the init and key value files that I used to run the simulations were identical to previous runs of Sedflux on my older machine. Have there been significant changes to Sedflux in the past year (the time since I last compiled the program)/have these issues been noticed before? Any insight/suggestions you may have in solving this issue would be greatly appreciated!

I have attached the file of commands I use to install Sedflux on my Linux operating systems to this email, so that it might be possible for you to view these warnings on your own machine. Unfortunately, my knowledge of coding is insufficient to provide further insight on my own end...

Thank you!
