Phone Field

Hello there!

I was wondering if it's easy to add a "phone" field, so I can capture phone numbers with the easy icontact form?

This can actually be accomplished in version 0.4 through the custom fields attribute. I should be releasing the new version this week. I'll be sure to post an example shortcode that will use the phone field in the release notes.

Sorry for the delay.. It should be ready, but I haven't had a chance to update documentation the rest of the way and confirm all the bugs are taken care of.
