Android app resets settings on orientation change #53

Settings panel resets settings on phone orientation change.
mpv-remote version 0.0.3, Android 11.

Steps to reproduce:

Have Auto-rotate screen android setting on;
Open sliding panel with Settings and fill in any field;
Rotate phone.

Expected behaviour: settings are saved.
Actual behaviour: settings are reset to defaults.

Thanks for finding and reporting this!

I will need to test if it still exists with the unpublished changes since v0.0.3
