Create a block for FAQs.

create a basic block to allow FAQs to be added to a page/post without having to use the shortcode block
allow categories to be used, so an FAQ block only shows FAQs from that category (as in the shortcode)
implement functionality to allow separate FAQ blocks to be styled differently
