Update to support latest version of Dash Platform (v1.3 or v1.4)

@mayoreee, looking forward to seeing this library/service updated to support the latest version of Dash Platform, first for testnet and then for mainnet soon. Thanks for making yourself available on short notice!

Scope:

• Upgrade the Dash Thumbnail Imaging service, ensuring compatibility with the current Dash Platform version (v1.3 or v1.4) and Thumbor v7.7

Targets

• Completion: 2024.09.29
• Acceptance criteria: Service works for Brian (bfoss) of DCG for use in DashPay app.
