Top priority for Maximum Ethics is attracting coworkers / collaborators / contractors / potential co-op members. Nelson's capacity cannot scale much further. Therefore, in order to expand we must add contributors.

This means the README should be streamlined to be a welcoming front page for people who want to work with us. Keep that audience in mind, and move information/pitches targeted at other audiences somewhere else.

Boil it down to just the essentials, and link out to other pages for more details.
