More verbose output

Hello.

Currently I have an issue with combine.
Error message looks like "Token "" does not exist.". I've like 20 separate files that should be merged, so this message doesn't really help to solve the issue.
Would be nice to have more information, like error context, line numbers or at least filename where token was referenced.
