Issues should undergo a cleanup

There are at the moment 24 open issues, but many already have a merged PR or, when it's not a bug or feature, an answer.

@maxchk What do you think about commenting in those open but answered issues, asking the poster if the answer solves the issue? Then close the solved ones, plus the ones without answer in a reasonable time frame? Count on me for that if you feel need to.
