Video Recording Quality Issue: Noisy and Fuzzy Output on Android Tablets

Expected Behavior

Video recording works and photos taken are fine but recorded videos are very noisy.

Current Behavior

The video recording works fine but the recorded videos are really noisy and fuzzy. We tried daily and stable versions using both Galaxy A9+ and Galaxy A8 tablets multiple times but neither saved videos in good quality. They all look like this:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. enable RTSP video streaming
2. enter RTSP URL
3. record videos
4. go to tablet internal storage to see the videos

System Information

• Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
• QGC Version: 3.4.4
• QGC build: daily, stable for Android
• Flight Controller: Pixhawk 6C
• Autopilot (with version): PX4 1.15
