Types of items are invisible when name of any visible item is long

In the list of items in the "Manage Groups" tab, the type of item ("Channel"/"Video"/"Playlist") becomes invisible if any of the visible items has a long name (name that is wider than the box that lists the items).

It isn't great but there is a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the list that allows you to see the item type if you scroll it all the way to the right. To note, I have been thinking of different ways the app could be structured/organized and things displayed for more usability.

The horizontal scrollbar has a slightly inconsistent behavior: The type of item ("Channel"/"Video"/"Playlist") disappears only when the vertical scrollbar scrolls to a position where a long item name is visible.

Several lines of text per item (like currently) work well together with the thumbnail. What about the following format:

jawed
(Channel)

Me at the zoo
(Video by jawed)

Favorite videos
(Playlist by jawed)
