Unable to open

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloaded, unzipped, clicked "SynclessUI.exe"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A dialogue box shows up.  The program is closed automatically. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

XP Prof Version 2002 SP2, Intel Core i3, 540 @3.07GHz 1.67Gb ram.

Please provide any additional information below.


Please paste the debug.log found in root Syncless folder(if any) below.

filter off any data that you do not want other people to see with "#")

nothing in the log folder.
