hold not firing after longTapThreshold is reached

Hey everyone,

like the title says the hold event is not firing after the longTapThreshold is reached.
I tried to see what was wrong and rechecked the demo page for hold
(http://labs.rampinteractive.co.uk/touchSwipe/demos/Hold.html) and it doesn't work there as well. Anything I can do to fix that on my end?
