Windows support

I managed to compile lithium and was able to run the http-server example (thouh it closes connection right away, still figuring out what's going on)
I needed to comment out some headers and add 'wepoll' but eventually get an executable built and running
I used boost 1.84.0
I guess there is no problem with the compiler any more.
I believe Windows can and should be officially supported?
What do you think? Thanks!
