Problem: the "Edit X" buttons on the Container Dashboard screen are in fact navigation buttons to the respective pages instead. This sets false user expectations.

Proposed adjustment:

  • remove "Edit X" buttons
  • hyperlink card titles to navigate to their respective pages instead (maintain the same font, do not change to blue hyperlink font)

Context:

  • other tag managers (including GTM) also have the title/number of similar cards hyperlinked to the respective sections, so this adjustment aligns with industry standards
  • navigation on the left navbar is available as well

Hi @Stan-vw ,
IMO, this is not a good idea.
It gives a context to the end user. We can add a link to the title but please do not remove the link on the edit button as MTM is already technical enough.
