Marketing Campaigns Reporting - can't track utm_parameters

Hallo,
can you help us please. I can noct track utm_parameter and campaign KEYWORDS even the link is tagged. This is that case

tracker works correctly, all utm are in the link

but in matomo database is "null" value in all columb.

Are you using latest Matomo and latest version of this plugin? If you're using some kind of proxy make also sure that everything's working nicely there.

Hallo @tsteur, version is 3.13.5, and it is on-premise version of Matomo. MarketingCampaignsReporting v 3.1.1. (last version).
I going to check it again, maybe miracle :) ... I will let you know.
