Is it also missing a proper attribution?

Snapchat Android has attribution in the settings menu

Can you take a screenshot? What you need to do to open it? (attribution only in settings is insufficient but in some cases it was further hidden in submenu of submenu)

Cog in top right of map brings the settings menu. I've always expected licences to be in a settings menu or about menu so I wouldn't say it "out of the way" or anything like that.

OSM license requires attribution to be presented to every user, not just accessible to user looking for it

See you claim that attribution in settings is not "reasonably calculated" but I've never known any software (especially mobile) to not have all licenses in a menu, so I would say that this is reasonable?

It is not just "reasonably calculated". It needs to be "reasonably calculated" to achieve effect of making any user aware of it.

reasonably calculated to make any Person that uses, views, accesses, interacts with, or is otherwise exposed to the Produced Work aware that Content was obtained from

I'll get my iPhone back this week so can check snapchat for iOS

A user that hasn't given Snapchat access to their location cannot enter the screen that credits OpenStreetMap and mapbox. I for example can browse the map but cannot click the cog wheel without giving location access

For some context here's what the map looks like in its current state (as Mateusz's photo in this file is outdated now)

I also recorded my screen. I have granted the app access to my location, I just have 'ghost' mode enabled so no one can see where I am.

When you first visit Snapmap on a computer (at https://map.snapchat.com/?lang=en-GB) you get a nice little popup with attribution!

After dismissing the popup you can open it again from the bottom-right corner of the window "About". So it's only one click to see the attribution.
