Checked with Arduino nano and it show conflict between your library and Neopixel lib.
When using OneButton , Neopixel is out...
A timing error ?

Hello, I also found an apparent conflict with Adafruit_TSL2591. Buttons don't work if I call advancedRead or simpleRead in the main loop where button.tick is.

A long press is eventually detected. I don't know how to approach this.
