Does not seem to support top orineted start menu bar #130

I can confirm this issue. Interestingly enough if you move the taskbar and then try again the same issue occurs.

Steps to reproduce:

Move your taskbar to the top of the screen.
Load the program
Right-click on the icon.

It also does not support a taskbar in any orientation other than bottom of the screen.
